Fume Extraction Systems
Dust Free Operations
Essar Enviro Air Systems offers an extensive range of pollution control equipments such as pulse jet bag filters, centrifugal fans, induced draft fans, and forced draft fans, fume extraction systems etc used to remove airborne particles from industrial workplaces. However, older extraction systems extracted and exhausted pollutants outside instead of removing them altogether.

A centrifugal system is one of the most cost-effective and efficient methods for removing oil mist from the industries. They are currently used in a wide range of manufacturing industries including aerospace, automotive, medical, defence and food production.

Fume Extraction System is mainly designed for removing the hazardous fumes and gases from several industries. The Fume Extraction systems are highly praised by our clients due to it’s below following advantages.

Features & Benefits:

  • Minimum power consumption
  • Minimum downtime
  • Maintenance free operations
  • Creates a safe and clean environment
  • Dust-free operations
  • Low noise levels
  • Low-operating costs

Types of Draft Fans used in Industrial Applications

ID FD Fan Manufacturer
Pollution Control

Essar Enviro Air Systems manufactures a wide range of Induced Draft (ID) and Forced Draft (FD) fans which are designed and developed by an experienced team of professionals. We utilize the most innovative technology and state of the art thermoplastic welding process and manufactured equipment are available to assure quality, optimum efficiency and minimum maintenance throughout the manufacturing process.

Working Principle of Boiler System:

The main purpose using boiler system in industrial applications is to convert water into steam with the help of heat energy which is generated by the combustion of fuels like coal, oil, wood, or natural gas. Basically, boiler systems used different types of fans to maintain air-flow, re-circulate air and also to remove exhaust gases from the fuels. Based on the boiler size and air flow requirement and specifications a varied industrial fan is used with varied capabilities.

Applications of Draft Fans

Essentially, an industrial Draft Fans plays an important role in thermal power plants, chemical factories, cement plants, steel plants, furnaces like oil and gas, mills and machinery and many more. Because these draft fans regulate the air pressure inside boiler system.

An Industrial Draft Fans are broadly classified into 2 types:

1. Forced Draft Fan
2. Induced Draft Fan

Key Difference ID Fan, FD Fan:

The primary difference between these 2 draft fans is Forced Draft Fans forces outside air into the heating system whereas Induced Draft fans draw flue gases from the boiler system out into the atmosphere. Both fans operate in such a way that it balances the air-flow, remove exhaust gases from the system and also make the combustion process more efficient.

Industrial Wet Scrubber for Pollution Control

Industrial Wet Scrubber for Pollution Control
Wet Scrubber
Wet scrubbers are effective air pollution control equipment used for removing particles and acidic gases from industrial exhaust streams. A wet scrubber operates by introducing the dirty gas stream with a scrubbing liquid – typically water. Particulate or gases are collected in the scrubbing liquid.

A Wet Scrubber or Wet Scrubber System is one type of scrubbing system, used to remove unwanted materials from industrial exhaust gases before they are released into the environment. When using a wet scrubber, gas is funnelled through an area and sprayed with a wet substance. Water is used when dust and particulate matter is to be removed, but other chemicals can be added to the system. These chemicals are chosen to specifically react with certain airborne contaminants - generally acidic gases. This process adds significant amounts of vapour to the exhaust system - which results in the exhaust looking like a white smoke when vented.

Advantages of Wet Scrubber:

  • These scrubbers are beneficial as they prevent a wide range of pollutants from entering the air through the exhaust gas.
  • Wet Scrubber Systems are fairly sturdy and can tolerate a wide range of temperatures.
  • Furthermore, the wet scrubbers can be used to remove a wide range of pollutants from exhaust gas from furnaces or other devices.

Effectiveness of Cyclone Separators

Cyclone Separator

What are Cyclone Separators?

Cyclone separation is a method of removing particulates from an air, gas, dust or liquid stream, without the use of filters. Cyclone separators are a group of air pollution control devices called as pre-cleaners, generally used to remove larger pieces from the device. This eliminates finer filtration methods from having to deal with large and more abrasive particles later one. Further, several cyclone separators can operate in parallel, and when this is set up the system is known as a multi-cyclone separator.

Uses of Cyclone Separators:

  • Cyclone Separators used in oil refineries to separate oils and gases
  • Used in cement industry as components of kiln pre-heaters.
  • Cyclones are also used in industrial & professional kitchen ventilation for separating the grease from the exhaust air systems in extraction hoods.
  • Cyclones are increasingly used in the household, as the core technology in bagless types of portable and central vacuum cleaners.
  • Smaller cyclones separators are used to separate airborne particles for analysis.
Cyclone separators are more beneficial because they aren’t expensive to install or maintain, and they have no moving parts. This keeps maintenance costs low and reduces operating costs as well. In addition, the removed particulates are collected when dry, which makes it easier to dispose of. Finally, this unit takes up less space and is more economical to operate.

Pulse Jet Bag Filter

Essar Enviro Air Systems is a leading Pulse Jet Bag Filter Manufacturers and Suppliers in Hyderabad, India. Since 2007, we have been in the business of supplying quality, corrosion resistant air pollution control equipments to our valuable customers.

Quality Pulse Jet Bag Filter:

Essar Enviro Air Systems range of Pulse Jet Bag Filter come in varied shapes, sizes, and filter bag layouts to fit a broad range of industrial applications. But the cleaning cycle is same throughout the working process. Dust-laden air or gas enters the Pulse Jet Bag Filter through a hopper inlet where it is directed towards deflector that slows the airflow and also causes unwanted particles to fall directly into the hopper.

Lighter airborne particles follow the air stream into the filter area and collect on the outside surfaces of the bag filters. The filtered air then flows into the clean air plenum and exits the unit. Sequential signals from a timer open valves allowing short bursts of compressed air to reverse the airflow in each row of filter bags. This dislodges the surface dust from the pulse jet bags so that it falls into the hopper.
